need advise VW Jetta City 2008

Hello everyone.
Im a new driver here. Recently bought a used jetta city 2008. The  part under the front bumper broken. I did some research on it but im not able to decide if its the rad support or not? How much will it affect the rad core support ? Im not sure how much damage and what should be my next action. The car is running good. Have not noticed any changes so far but just looking for advise if i need the broken part replaced immeadiately ? I have attached few pics of the damage ,any advise is welcome . thankyou.

Thats just a splashguard underneath by the looks of it. Just zip tie it up as well as you can and its good to go.

Yea thats what I have been thinking to give it a try with zip tie because when I tried to check and see if the radiator is affected and tried moving it , the radiator feels quite securely attached.
