Cheers guys!

Why not buy something old and British?

I have the 1997 Triumph Speed Triple I am also going to be working on soon, that is old enough for me.  Anything British and older just becomes a leaky bucket, and I don't have the patience to be stranded at the side of the road.

Choosing a car based on reliability is like choosing a wife based solely because she is punctual. There is more to it than that...

The RC51 is loud enough to wake the dead....

+1 Nothing sounds better than a V-twin IMO.  I've always been a fan of the TL1000, Buells, Mt-01
I'll add the caveat "high revving" V-Twin.

Lumping Harley V-Twins sound like crap.

I don't mind the Harley XR track bikes, but otherwise I find 99% of them just obnoxious sounding.

you would have loved my old Interceptor 1000 then...it had two V-Twins. ;)
