Hi guys,
I just want to send you a big "Hello" from Augsburg, Germany! So excited to have found this forum, as I am very interested in Cars and Canada. Hopefully, after the pandemic, I will be able to visit Canada one day. ;) fingers crossed :)

fun fact: while posting this, i was listening to "Car wash" by Rose Royce ;)

We used to be more welcoming to new folks, but lately almost all of them have been spammers.  We're puck-shy (how's that for a Canadian term?)

that's really a shame, I'm sorry to hear about all the spamming. :( Is there some ritual I have to go through to prove that I'm real? Let me know  :P

Would it be considered spamming if I had an intro post (literally just last night)
asking what the car was in the picture I had attached and it would help me out
in a bind in getting a date with this pretty gal (picture attached as well)...? 

Maybe if I didn't attach her picture or the purpose of the car picture,
it might have passed through these moderators, no...?

Hello,

I'm new here too and from Germany. I didn't expect fellow Germans here.

I like to get sometimes another point of view and keep learning different things that's why I registered here :)
At the moment I do kind of car sharing but maybe I'll have to look for an own vehicle in a few months.
