Was sitting in a new 2024 at an event yesterday, beautiful machine inside and out, other than the complicated infotainment

First thing my wife asks 'are you bringing out a hybrid?'

Salesman mumbles something about maybe 2026. That has to be hurting them

I was chatting with a Honda sales rep recently and he said possibly 2026 as well for Pilot/Ridgeline.  Honda/Acura are really late to the party overall with hybrids. Toyota and Lexus have them beat by such a large margin.

Agreed.  No reason for the RDX and MDX not to have hybrid options by now.  Same goes for all the Honda models.
Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

They should do 1 of two things. 1) Cut out the fluff (31 speakers) and offer a low power 4 cylinder and a good N/A 6 and cut the MSRP by $10k. Would $10k cover the cost "savings" of a hybrid over the life of the vehicle? 2) Offer a hybrid.

Hybrids are not Honda's strong suit.

I miss the good 'ol days of high revving Honda NA 4 and 6 bangers.

Wokeism is nothing more than the recognition and opposition of bigotry in all its forms.  Bigots are predictably triggered.
