Added 2 more cylinders to my stable.

Wanted to learn how to ride for a long time.

took the plunge, took a course, and got a bike.

see pic below.

2016 Kawi Vulcan S

was looking for Honda Rebel, but those disappeared off used market pretty quick.

feel like need to practice a lot more to get comfortable on a bike.  maybe i should have got an old Grom....

I found my first street bike awkward at low speeds, and that was after years of dirt bikes and a summer in heavy traffic on a scooter.

Thanks guys.

It’s parallel twin, 650ish cc.

Wasn’t looking for black bike, but I had to admit it does look pretty good.

During motorcycle class, I realized I’m most comfortable on cruiser style bikes so I started looking for rebels which were used in class. But couldn’t find one I liked price wise, and I didn’t like that rebels didn’t had tachometer.
Found this 1 lady owned bike, and I grabbed it.

I’m still scared sh1tless when I ride it…

Congratulations! I rode for a while, just take as much defensive riding instruction as you can. I've done a bunch of street riding and track days on two wheels, and I'm a fairly competent rider, but I still don't have anywhere near the amount of confidence I do on four wheels. I'm told by my much more experienced friends that that confidence eventually comes, but I guess for some longer than others.
