Another MINI!

In search for my wife's Cooper, I stumbled on a John Cooper Works Clubman demo. Sticker price is just shy of $50k. HA! A nice car for sure but at that price I'm going elsewhere. But what if you could get $11k off? And since you already have a MINI, slash the interest rate from 1.5% to 0.75%? And result in a monthly lease payment that is $35 LESS than what I'm paying for the GTI, a car with a sticker price of just $36k? SOLD!

The build is a bit insane. All six of the available option packages. British Racing Green with Chili Red roof, mirrors, and stripes. A black and red interior (an option priced over $2k). And then some miscellaneous extras. Here's the build sheet:



And here's the dealer pics of the car. I haven't even set it in person let alone driven it. But I drove a Clubman S All4 and was impressed. It just needed more power. Which this solves.

I didn't even know that the Clubman came in AWD! Thought it was restricted to the Countryman only.

I noticed that higher-end cars are now coming with electronic parking brakes.  Do keep me posted on how you feel about it once you've driven the car for a bit.

You can move the front cushion back and forth to adjust thigh support.

I think AWD was added for 2016. For 2018 all Canadian Clubmans have AWD standard.
