Saw a guy in a very new Cayman out today struggling like hell to get around on the fresh snow/ice.  Obviously on summer tires.  WTF?  He was causing serious traffic issues.

Think this guy is at Porsche dealer today complaining?
The best ones are those idiots who drive their Cayennes, X5s, etc.... with 20" summer tires then slide/wreck/get stuck.

Not me, reasonable 18" wheels and a set of Yoko winter tires.  Now I just have to put them on...

Yesterday while driving to work (yay getting called in on a Saturday) I saw a Maserati Levante.  Meh.

Last Tuesday evening on old Hwy 6 from 401 to Guelph.  A McLaren.  Don't know what model, it was dark and just had the name on the back, never saw the front. Did not sound like a v12 but it hardly got off idle, we were following a Camry that would not go above 60 and too much traffic to pass.

It had Ont plates, presumably legal. I suppose that if it was legal in the USA it could be sold here.

I did wonder if anyone makes McLaren knockoffs.

If it indeed was a McLaren with a V12, you saw something very special indeed  ;D

Yeah, most McLarens are V8s. MP4-12C, 650, 675, and 720.

Maser really about-faced on the styling front. They look like fancy KIAs now. Meh indeed.

Compare their current lineup with that of just a few years ago...huge difference.

I saw a E63 Wagon in an underground parking lot.  It sounded amazing going 5km/h looking for a parking spot.  It wasn't brown, though.

Saw the baby blue Guilia again in Guelph.  Driven by a woman in her late 40s - did not expect that one.

The odd thing is that the colour of her car isn't an option on the build and price...not quite sure what to make of that.  It's substantially lighter than the blue available.

Available on website:

Colour of her car (closest thing I could find - stock images):

I saw one too and immediately thought "meh".

From a design perspective it's bringing nothing to the table.

Seems like an odd expenditure to be made by a woman in her 40s in Guelph.

...but weirder things have happened.

...for example, my assistant bought new winter tires today.  They installed them on new rims, but didn't balance them - driving to work, started vibrating like crazy at ~70km/h.  Economy Lube at Gordon/Wellington strikes again (not to mention the $1,600 she paid for the package :hurl: )

I'd totally get the tri-coat rosso competizione if I ever could afford the Alfa.

Suzuki Equator.  Haven't seen one in a long time.  Nice looking truck.

It would be awesome if a woman was driving it :)  :run:
