"Just needs an OPI" means "just needs new brakes, ball joints, tie rods, struts and tires."

Not quite. Only the first generation was MR. Subsequent Previas/Estimas, which weren't sold here, were FF.

And supercharged! I thought those models were so cool.

And you could get a stick, too (just not with the supercharger).

I just remember hating working on them back when I was in the shop....Everything had to be done from underneath, and there was almost no space around the engine to work. There's a ridiculous removable hatch underneath the passenger's seat to gain some access to the engine, but good lord was it ever terrible. Worse in the winter when everything would be dripping in salt/slush - don't miss those days.

...and it was hilarious getting oil changes done outside of the Toyota dealership.
