Mid size sedans in the USA are cheap.

i'm not 100% sure if you'd have to pay state taxes.

but $31,135 + $790 = $31,925 USD
the exchange rate at this very moment is 1.05815%

$31,925USD = $33,781.44 CND

$33,781.44 + 13% on $31,925 ($4150.25) = $36,075.25 Canadian

If you're paying cash you'll save money.   But if Financing is involved, you're likely to get cheaper financing from Honda Canada.
Also note, the exchange rate quote is a standard rate here.  The rate is different everywhere.
You can however have your financial institution give you a better rate when buying bulk amounts.
$20K and over is what we here would consider "bulk" and qualify you for a slightly better rate.

The only other cost to consider is if the vehicle requires any updates / modifications once in Canada, such as the need for daytime running lights.   I know someone who purchased an Infinity in Florida and required the local dealer to change the lights (it cost them $800)
