I don't envy you buying out of auctions. Obviously you are buying in "bulk" for a business but private buyers like me? Patience & private sales only, try to not put myself in the position of needing to make a purchase. . If it's in an auction there is usually a reason.

What's the reputation on the F150 hybrid trucks?

They attain 50% of advertised range unless unloaded and in 65 F degree temp.

That F150 have a model year?  ::)
I believe it’s a 2019, he had one before that, first generation of that 5.0L f150 and didn’t have any issues, but I think it was traded in when it had 120,000kms.

You think it's a 2019  ???   That's a lot of mileage for a 2019.  There was nothing wrong with the 2019 5.0.  Considerably better than the ancient version.  As for the "ticking".  Maybe that's the way it sounds naturally as it ages.  It's a FORD. They have their own signatures.  :)

All this BS about Ford engines.  It's fan boy stuff.  GM 5.3 and 6.2 both with AFM.  JUNK.  They do blow up.  Both DI only.  Wife's MDX should have both FI systems.  But like GM they have decided to cheap out.

Had a 2018 Ram 1500 in today doing a used vehicle inspection. Customer had left all the paper work from when they bought it new. Was a pretty basic 1500 quad cab with a 3.6L. Sticker was $48,535 plus a $12,250 cash back incentive. Their trade was a 2014 Dodge Journey with 195,000km's with $27,762 still owing. :o. All said and done the total payment was $74689.44. YIKES. They traded this truck in on a 2023 Ram 1500. Not sure if it was a Classic or new body style. Oh, and I gave UCD a quote to pass the out of province inspection to the tune of $10,700.
Enjoying the Alberta advantage

What did it need?  Everything?

What did it need?  Everything?
4 tires, frt and rear brakes[pads and rotors, park brake shoes and levers, 2 lower ball joints, LF axle seal and stub shaft, check engine light on. [fuel pump module], air bag warning light on, major oil leak from the oil filter adapter housing, w/shield was cracked, alignment, oil change. I "think" that was it.  Body was in surprisingly great shape.

Ouch!.

Might as well post my truck story in here.   2022 Ram classic,  If I build the truck today on the website it's just shy of $56k tax in including MSRP deal(the truck price makes no sense without the deal anyway).  The guy had the truck for 12 months, the lien on it was for $82K.

So roughly $26k upside down driving out the lot.

Manager that makes the decision was off. But I can most certainly say won't be repaired by us.
