I'll aim for the 12:30 break then.  Wife's flight back to Ottawa lands at 7ish so I'll have to leave by 5:30 latest.

would be nice to meet some of you in person, perhaps will swing by with the Alfa in late summer if another get-together is planned...

It was good catching up with a few of you today, too bad the weather was so awful tho! Suggest maybe we try to meet up on a lapping night so we can get out for a few laps with passengers. I had to bail early as I'm Vegas bound, cheers all!

I had a code brown moment instructing an older man in a Miata, he got the back end sideways outta turn 4 & up rocky road, lol!

I didn't even bother trying my car out, I had the back end brake loose just accelerating gently in a straight line.

Tried to convince the GF to bring her Mini out to join it's family.

Sorry I missed you No-San!  I *did* see Pi314.  Took him for a ride-along on the East Track.  He really seemed to enjoy it!!  Hey, we have another convert over here!  Quick, start the indoctrination process before he bails.  LOL.

Meanwhile, this is my East Track best lap in the pouring rain and 2 deg C temperature.  It was coming down in buckets. Those new Continental ExtremeContact Sports are pixie dust.

Sorry I missed you, AC!  Had to get to the airport to pick up the wife. Nick took me out in his modded 335xi - quite the ride!!  I'd be a convert, but :censor:'s expensive!  Wicked fun though!!

Calabogie brewery is pretty decent - I bought a few of the milk stout - my favorite of what they brew.

They're currently making the first true lambic in Ontario - but it's a year off being ready and who knows how it'll turn out... But I so want to try it!!

It was really nice to meet you all!

And angrychicken was gracious enough to take me out for several laps. His screen name is not accurate - he didn't seem angry at all! I was very lucky to go with him - he did a great job explaining details and not only did I enjoy it, I learned a lot. It was an incredible experience!
