A thunderstorm blew through Montreal yesterday, leaving a swath of disaster through my neighbourhood thanks to an accompanying microburst.

Depending on who makes it.....my grandma had a guy in her village that made some of the smoothest stuff I ever had the pleasure of drinking. It will put hair in places where one wouldn't want hair.

Autumn is here. Minimum of 6° last couple mornings, max of 20° which are both well below averages. Leaves have begun to change colour at the edges (!)

The remnants of the tropical system Irma to hit Monday-Tues, up to 150mm of rain so watching for some flooding in the lower-lying areas. Like we need more rain in this water-logged year.  :banghead:

Send some here.  Haven't seen enough to make the grass green for months. I've started washing my cars on the lawn in the hopes it will turn some of it back to grass.  Shoot, you can see the middle of the river...as in the mound of mud where the water should be.  Means the nearby derby this fall they will get to go play in the mud dead center in the Red...that's always fun.
