Pontiac Aztek and a Suzuki X90 in the same driveway. Both looked mint from a short distance. Felt like knocking on the door to see what kind of person has both of these.

Spotted a Vinfast VF8 (?) with private plates sitting in front of a house. At least one person dared.

Out and about on a Saturday.

Saw a Pontiac G6 Convertible with the top down, a Toyota Crown in white (better looking in person than I thought it would be), a 1967 Dodge Monaco, two last-gen Chevy Cruze hatchbacks, and a Toyota Solara.

Saw a Rivian truck today (my first) and a Nissan Arya (not the first I saw).
Quite good looking in person

Spotted a Cybertruck on the freeway in Salt Lake City last week. It merged onto the freeway a few vehicles in front of me then sped off, so I didn’t get much of a look (which I’m totally okay with   :P )

One of these at a local parking lot. Super rare sight given the battery tech of that time.

^^ Still see them from time to time. From the back, they look like a (very small) self-propelled utility trailer.

On the Interstate in Kansas....

A pickup so crooked that I could see both the rear and front wheels at the same time as it drove straight.  Thinking there could be some frame damage  ;D

I am no Ferrari expert, but to my untrained eye it looks like a 296GTB...the new V6 hybrid model...some would say that's  heresy.... a Ferrari without a howling V8. Another shot from the back, I have painted over the plate number...

Why bother painting over the license plate?

In Ontario at least certain businesses can identify a vehicle based on the plate number e.g. when we replaced the 2020 Jetta with the 2024 GLI, the tire shop where I do my season tire changes and store tires was able to identify the new vehicle based on the plate number. Ditto toll Hwy 407 and it's employees. I am not certain if additional information such as the name of the owner and address can also be accessed, or if this latter information is only restricted to law enforcement. But why take a chance. This is a public forum and anyone who reads it and also has the ability to access the Ministry of Transport database could potentially identify the owner and his/her address.

Fair

But anybody walking by it can do the same. And more people are going to see it in the wild vs the forum.

True, but that is on the owner, not on me. All that I want is that while indulging in my/our hobby of drooling over exotic metal, that I do not add to the risk. Also, the place where I photographed this is highly unlikely to be frequented by the perpetrators of the car theft epidemic that we are experiencing. It's not a Walmart or Costco parking lot. No guarantees, but highly unlikely.

Out for a walk with the pup and saw this cute little thing in town.  And...I kinda like it. An affordable poor man's Porsche.
Not sure if it's supposed to be a "Dune Buggy" or if it's a special "Dune" (the movie) Edition.  Either way...interesting.

I think the Dune edition was to make it look like a dune buggy.  They have some cool interior colors.  I think those Beetles looks great.
