2023 Ford Escape Facelift. Mostly front end, giving the escape a more aggressive look.

Oh, it went from looking like a Macan to looking like a QX50!

I think they have dated the Escape, with that new front end. The Escape isn't selling well either. I think it simple because the Bronco is the more appealing soft roader and perhaps, I wonder if the facelift will improve things. I think not. Most I suspect would go with the Bronco. Unless it's sold off silly cheap and has great deals and you've ignored the consumer reports.

Doesn't look quite as much like a suppository as it did, but even more like the 2023 HRV now

Could really see the Bronco Sport being the big seller of this platform too, the mini Landrover look is brilliant

If the Bronco Sport had just a little beefier looking wheel/tire combo it would be much more appealing.  You know, for the Starbucks drive thru.

Well the Bronco sport definitely is better looking, but it's also quite a bit more money, has less deals, and you can't get the hybrid or PHEV in it.  So based on the price of gas, I think we will see more Escapes but likely only due to the cheaper entry level and availability of the hybrid/PHEV.  It likely still won't be as popular as the Bronco Sport though.

Still looks like a jelly bean. They should just go with Bronco Sport and make it in every powertrain option, focusing on a hybrid.

Needs to be lifted again.

People no longer look at the actual total price anymore, nor do dealers. Most vehicles are sold on the bi-weekly lease rate, add 20-50 bucks extra per week if you make good money isn't a lot if not looking too hard and just want to lease.

Can't wait for the roll out.

Hopefully not hit another house, It's only 2013-2019 Escapes, that have this issue.

2023 Ford Escape, which features a new exterior design, updated technology, and new hybrid powertrain options. It offers a 1.5-liter turbo engine and two hybrid options. However, I think the Bronco is the better choice. I see so many Escapes on the 401.

I'm yet to see the hybrid in the wild. Looks like a bottle neck in some component supply.

Escapes are unbelievable piles of JUNK.  99% of people that I see driving Escapes are women.  They just get sucked in on the cute appearance.  The amount of $$ that Ford spends on warranty claims and recalls on this POS is part and parcel to their current dismal balance sheet.

Not going to do a research paper on this but the below captioned is just the tip.

Outside of newer Hyundai and Kia products the Escape is the only model I often see with major issues. Engines, transmissions, heater cores…..all kinds of big problems. But the 2009-2011 models are solid and get nearly Toyota levels of $$$ on the used market.

Outside of newer Hyundai and Kia products the Escape is truly awful when it comes to major issues. Engines, transmissions, heater cores…..all kinds of big problems. But the 2009-2011 models are solid and get nearly Toyota levels of $$$ on the used market.

I would say the whole product line of Ford, is junk. I can't think of a single decent Ford, now. The Slush box would make me run for the hills.
