Buying new commuter ride
« on: November 24, 2017, 10:39:11 pm »
Hi all,
I am new to this site. My name is Parth resident of Ottawa. I recently graduated and now planning to buy new/used car for daily run As my job will be requiring me to have a cAr.

I am huge crossover suv fan.As I was researching few brands and models I have narrowed down my search to 3 cars. Mazda CX-5/3 hyundai Tuscan/Santa fe and Honda CR-V/Hrv.

As I am recent graduate my budget is limited and I could only go up to 300-350 monthly as I will get finanace as option.
Can you please suggest me good ride for daily commuter for long run. It could be new or used both.
Still wants to get all safety goodies like blind spot monitoring back up camera side view etc.

Thanks.

$350/mo doesn't go very far. I'd look for something used.
You can't just have your characters announce how they feel.

sorry bud, but for someone living in Ottawa your written English is not the greatest. ESL? New to the country? If so welcome, and I strongly suggest some night courses in English. If not, well...troll away then.

But to answer your question, the answer obviously from this forum will be:

Tesla Model S
Lexus LS
Buick Envision
Mazda Miata
Porsche 911

pick one, can't go wrong

This.

$350 a month doesn't get you a hybrid SUV loaded with safety goodies.

None of the SUVs you listed come in hybrid variations.

I am going to guess that OP translated "Crossover" to "Hybrid".

Thanks that’s what I meant. I don’t understand cars terminology very well

I’m assuming you are buying used...I’d probably go with a Hyundai Santa Fe because of the long warranty.

Go with the best Honda CR-V you can afford. By far the safest bet on your list.

I'll second that.

I just noticed that Hyundai is launching its new Kona in 2018 budget price.
