An older CRV with BC plates with a serious "Carolina Squat" going on. It had a large roofbox on top and 4 bikes on a hitch mounted rack. The back tires had extreme negative camber and the front suspension looked like it was almost at full droop. Can't imagine driving something like that halfway across the country.

Aside from the Cybertruck and dozen Rivians, the only other notable thing I saw in the States was a 911 Dakar. At least I think it was a Dakar. Didn’t get a great look, so I suppose it could have just been a regular 911 with a lift kit. It was in Moab, so anything’s possible.

Spent the last 4 weeks in the SW USA and lost count of the Rivians that I saw. There was even one in the Grand Canyon campground that pulled an Airstream (maybe 20 feet). Wonder where they were charging for that trip?

Also saw some large off road camper thing while at Colorado NM, will have to find the picture on my phone.

New Brunswick is.  The Irvings basically own the entire province.  The amount of influence they have is unreal.

They definitely have more influence than they should but it's also exaggerated. People find a way to blame absolutely everything on the Irvings somehow.  ;D

That "hands-free fuelling" claim is a bit rich  ::)
Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach the man to fish and he wakes you up at 5 in the morning.

I didn't even notice that. About time they brought back the clip.

First time I filled up at Irving in a long time.  Pumps at the station I use look like they are 20 years old.

Never been to Russia.  ;D

On my way home from the office:
Hummer EV - it is interesting looking, the rear lights look like a bow tie when illuminated, I would say kinda fugly.
Lyrique - I like the looks, oddity is the break light, it’s just a little dot instead of the longer bar and the rear lights are very low

I like the proportions of the Lyriq and the Blazer EV too - very concept car-like and handsome.

Blazer EV definitely looks good to me. Lyriq is nice in black, but those rear lights just don't sit right with me.

Someone on my street has a Lyriq, I only ever see it from the side profile as it drives by and it does look pretty cool. This one is black.

Driving home from work, and an odd convoy made its way on the highway in the opposite direction. Four new Outlanders, all black, all shiny, bunched up together at 100 km/h, all of the same more basic trim by the wheel sizes. It was like the FBI on tighter budget.

That low profile tire Jeep is horrible, bonus "go to jail" points if you have a rim on the back with no tire!!!
Lighten up Francis.....
