Thanks for all of the good advice. I will aim low, rather than newer! I can report, however that when I went to see the "36K" Tucson, it turned out to actually have 50 K. How the additional 14K came about since the vehicle was put on the lot and posted on AutoTrader (and still is advertised there as 36K) could not be clearly explained. To rub salt into the wound, when we started looking over the service records, we discovered that the dealership had not done an oil change on this vehicle since it was traded in -- 4K ago. All to say, that while I like the vehicle a lot, (especially the "active headrests"), I have kind of lost confidence in the dealership selling it. This, and the fact that there was a collision report for the left side -- albeit, the claim was only for $1500 -- I think I will keep looking for other low mileage vehicles.
