Top tip: the lower quality fish end up in the cans with sauces. The ones in oil or water are the best.

I knew some of the packers for Connors Brothers.

Interesting...but I don't like the plain ones. The ones with oil & Jalapenos are my fav.

I once had a huge argument with someone about sardines, I insisted a sardine is a sardine, he told me they were basically baby herring and I didn't believe him.
I wish I could find that guy and apologize, I was an ass.  ::)
