ICBC.....the perfect amalgamation of insurance industry F-U customer care with civil service bureaucracy and sloth.
4 weeks after collision to estimate damage and reach a decision to write off......then 2 more weeks and still no settlement offer much less a cheque.

That's just wrong
... when my wife's car got written off back in April it was 9 days from the accident to having the money deposited in my account .. I'm with The Personal

I always thought the ICBC premiums were scandalous, but the other day I saw a report on insurance premiums in Canada that Alberta is where drivers pay the most...
