Think I mentioned this before, but when I was working with farmers on the latest and greatest things, the most enthusiastic innovators were hella interesting but were not actually that useful to promote change as they:

a) were so keen on change for changes sake they failed as much as they succeeded, and often their grand ideas were not that practical

b) just naturally seemed to :censor: everyone else off

You wanted the people that were a step below in innovative zeal as they were less ideological and had better people skills

Bye is the fake Mustang GT guy from MB right?

No, he's former smartelectric.

Famous for having the first Model S on the forum, and that Model S was so efficient, and combined with the free lifetime charging, he actually loses money when he's not driving it...

I thought bye was the fake 5.0 guy as well.  Regardless, glad one of them is back.  Should help to liven this place up a notch.   ;D

Well, The fake 5.0 Mustang guy did also buy a Lightning, but that was sometime around a year ago, and he claimed it was the very first Lightning in Manitoba.

At the rate they're stacking up on dealer lots, he may still have the only one.

True.   Costs more to run our F150 Lightning EV compared to driving the Tesla on free supercharging.   $15K in free supercharging so far after a decade.   Literally driving for $0 in fuel costs for the past few years as Tesla put a charger in a convenient location on the route to and from the two places (personal sports venues) I drive all week long.

Unexpectedly had to be in Byhalia Mississippi for work, weather was perfect so I decided to take out the Jag for what was the 3rd time this year (yeah...I know). About an hour and a half, round trip, cruise set to 80mph, was a nice reminder of why I like this car so much.

Looks great, love the colour
