meh... some of those customers pay 100 bucks for a wash and vacuum, so an extra 69 bucks for a new cabin filter and "treatment" (likely just a spray bomb in the intake, but still costs 15 bucks or so)...

Awful...just awful engineering.It's truly puzzling how anyone can sign off on this and say "Great idea, let's do it this way".
On our Toyotas, the cabin filter is located behind the glove box, but engineered in a manner to allow simple and quick access.
