This.
Back pain is a b!tch. I've once had it at near pass out levels while waiting at the doctor's office. Got four shots of steroids around the pain area. In my case the only thing that works is daily stretching as well as walking or running when I'm not lazy. Staying in shape in other words.
Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach the man to fish and he wakes you up at 5 in the morning.

But if it's a nerve injury, doesn't matter how in shape you are...

My daughter is very fit (competitive rower, diver etc) but when she had a bulging disc it made zero difference.

I've always been in reasonable shape, but this summer more than ever- driven by my push for better, faster riding on the track. Between the personal trainer sessions since May and daily working out and/or swimming I'm in good shape.

It is a little better today and yesterday, but certain, specific angles still yield pain. Like, I will bend over 70°, and it's fine. Then perhaps down to 90° and it hurts, and then beyond that it's fine again. My appt with the doctor is way out at the end of the month; I'll hold onto it for now because this is kind of recurring.

I really, really hate my office chair and desk setup though. But we're poor at the plant, can't afford stand-up desks like the Headquarters people  ::)

Registering my daughter for some guiding courses next spring.  You have to pay the entire amount at registration.  There's $5500 that just evaporated from the old bank account.

People who are afraid of going out into the rain so they just stand in front of the doors so nobody can leave.  The world is getting softer by the minute.

Outboard on my pontoon boat died yesterday, no sputtering, just quit about 5 minutes from our dock.  Think it's ignition, but don't have the right tools here to check stuff properly.  Switch seems ok, but doesn't seem to be firing.

Dang

Fouled plugs?  Or is it 4 stroke?

Very true. I've been doing exercises to keep my stomach and back strong since 1982, when I twisted my back throwing javelin. Doesn't take a lot, but it's been a lifetime sentence. The muscles need to be strong to keep the bones (or whatever) off the nerve.

Every time I let it slide for any amount of time my lower back hurts again

It is a 2-stroke, but I don't think it's plugs as it was running perfectly and just died, no sputtering or loss of power.   Plus it's a 3 cylinder so they wouldn't all die at once.

But I don't even have a proper sized plug wrench here to check, so I'm now drinking  some 12 year old El Dorado and grilling chops.  It's rough.

If you have a spare plug (who doesn't on a 2 stroke  :rofl2:) pull the plug cap and insert a spare, ground it and turn it over.  If no spark, then me thinks CDI.

3 cylinder Yami?
