NEW FOR 2012:

- All-new model

For 2012, the Mini Roadster is an all-new model. Like the all-new 2012 Mini Coupe, it is a two-seater but with a manually-operated soft top.

The Mini Roadster is available as a Cooper, Cooper S and John Cooper Works. All use a 1.6-litre four-cylinder that is naturally aspirated in the Cooper, and turbocharged in the Cooper S and John Cooper Works. The Cooper and Cooper S use a six-speed manual transmission or optional six-speed automatic, while the John Cooper Works uses the manual transmission exclusively.

Standard or optional features include a manually-operated soft top, park distance control, air conditioning, rollover protection bars, CD/MP3 stereo, active rear spoiler, adaptive xenon headlamps, navigation system, multifunction steering wheel and sport seats.
