An all-new model for 2011, the Ford Fiesta undergoes only minor trim changes for 2012.

Available as a four-door sedan or four-door hatchback, the Fiesta uses a 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine, mated to a five-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode.

Trim levels on the sedan are the S, SE and SEL; the hatchback is available in SE and SES trim.

Features on the S sedan include 15-inch steel wheels, power mirrors with integrated blind spot coverage, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, four-way manual driver’s seat, cloth seats, split-folding rear seat, four-inch multifunction LCD screen, floor mats, AM/FM stereo with auxiliary input jack, variable intermittent wipers, and knee airbag.

The SE sedan adds air conditioning, power windows with auto up/down, power door locks with keyless entry, illuminated entry, vanity mirrors, seatback storage pockets, rear dome light, chrome interior accents, CD/MP3 stereo, clock, and message centre with trip computer.

The SE hatchback is similarly equipped, but adds a spoiler, cargo cover and rear wiper.

The SEL sedan adds 16-inch alloy wheels, heated mirrors with integrated turn signals, chrome side window mouldings, cruise control, auto-dimming rearview mirror, heated cloth seats, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, and SYNC.

The SES hatchback is similarly equipped, adding spoiler, cargo cover and rear wiper.
