NEW FOR 2010:
- Limited-edition Gallardo LP550-2 Valentino Balboni
For 2010, the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 coupe and Spyder are unchanged. There is a new model, the LP550-2 Valentino Balboni, named for the company’s long-time test driver, making 550 horsepower and with special suspension. Only 250 will be produced worldwide.
The Gallardo LP560-4 coupe and Spyder use a 5.2-litre V10 engine with six-speed manual transmission. Both can be optioned to a sequential “e-gear” transmission with steering wheel-mounted paddles. Both use a permanent all-wheel drive system.
Features include 19-inch wheels, dual-zone climate control, bi-xenon headlamps, LED running lights, leather or Alcantara seats, multimedia system with USB connector, and power-adjustable seats. Available options include a carbon fibre trim package, ceramic brakes, rearview camera, Bluetooth connectivity, and a lift system that elevates the front suspension for driving over bumps.
