Mississauga, Ontario – Nissan Canada has launched a new consumer Web site for its Leaf, offering Canadians the opportunity to learn about its new all-electric vehicle. The Leaf will go on sale in Canada in the second half of 2011.
“The launch of the consumer Web site is an exciting milestone as we get closer to bringing the Nissan Leaf to the Canadian market next year,” said Mark McDade, director of marketing for Nissan Canada. “There has been a lot of interest from Canadians to learn more about electric vehicles and what the ownership experience would be like. This Web site is a great place to learn more about all aspects of owning and driving the Nissan Leaf.”
The site includes information on vehicle charging, performance and the environment, Leaf-specific details on features and the driving experience, and photographs. Videos will be added next month, and consumers can sign up for email updates. For more information, visit Leaf.
