Mississauga, Ontario – Kia Canada has committed $1 million to encourage drivers to recycle their older vehicles for more efficient and environmentally-friendly vehicles, including an offer of $1,000, over and above all existing incentives, for owners of 1997 to 2001 Kia Sephia models to “recycle their rides” when they buy a new Kia over the next six months.
The automaker announced its partnership with Automotive Recyclers Canada to proactively support environmental sustainability and ensure that traded-in vehicles are properly retired and recycled.
