MISSISSAUGA, ON – The all-new 2013 Nissan Altima embarks on a cross-Canada tour next week, putting Canadians behind the wheel of Nissan’s latest entry into the mid-size sedan segment. The Nissan NEXT Innovation Driving Tour kicks off in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia on June 4th, stopping in 12 cities before wrapping up in Vancouver at the end of summer.

The interactive display and test drive provides visitors with the opportunity to learn more about and experience the all-new 2013 Nissan Altima.

“The Altima has been one of the best sellers in the Nissan Canada line-up for many years and with this exciting evolution we anticipate it to remain the best-selling Japanese nameplate in the segment,” said Judy Wheeler, Director of Marketing, Nissan Canada Inc. “The Nissan NEXT tour will ensure even more Canadians can learn about and fall in love with Altima as it starts to arrive in dealerships this summer.”

The top-selling Japanese midsize nameplate in Canada for the past two years, this fifth generation Nissan Altima is poised to take on the hotly contested segment, all with a lower starting MSRP than the outgoing entry 2012 CVT model at just $23,698.

The Nissan NEXT event will have four MY13 Altimas available for test drive as well as two on display. Pre-registration for the twelve events can be done at www.nissannext.ca. The schedule of events is:
