Toronto, Ontario – The long-running Speedorama custom car show in Toronto has been discontinued, and will be replaced with Motion Custom Car Show, which will run March 27 to 29, 2009.
Speedorama, traditionally held in January, made its last appearance in 2008 at the Automotive Building at Toronto’s Canadian National Exhibition grounds before the start of construction to transform the building into a new convention centre. The Motion name comes from a custom car show that ran in Toronto from 1974 to 1989.
Motion will be held at the Direct Energy Centre, also on the Exhibition Grounds and across the street from the Automotive Building.
