Windsor, Ontario – Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada has donated a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution to the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Engineering in Ontario.

The donation is in support of a unique partnership with Canada’s ACP (Andrew Comrie-Picard) Rally Racing. Over the next two years, engineering students will work with ACP Racing to design and develop a variety of improved components for Lancer Evolution rally cars.

The team will assist the program in testing and data acquisition, installing the components on their own Evolution rally car and putting them through their paces in a real race environment.
