Wolfsburg, Germany – Four Volkswagen models have been simultaneously named “Top Safety Picks” by the U.S. Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). The Rabbit, Jetta, Passat and Eos each earned the highest evaluations in their respective categories to win the top award.
The Tiguan also received the top honour in August, which places Volkswagen among the car manufacturers with the most Top Safety Picks.
The Rabbit received the award in the small car class; the Jetta and Passat were named for midsize cars, while the Eos took its award in the category of midsize convertibles.
