AJAC will name winners at Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto next month

Automobile Journalists Association of Canada has announced the finalists for their two annual awards – Canadian Car of the Year and Canadian Utility of the Year – ahead of the trophy presentations at the Canadian International Auto Show in February.

All eligible vehicles are either new or significantly revised for 2014. Testing was completed by 80 journalists, evaluating 174 vehicles, at AJAC’s annual TestFest last October. Scoring is managed by accounting firm KPMG.

2014 Canadian Car of the Year:
Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

2014 Canadian Utility Vehicle of the Year:
Acura MDX
Jeep Cherokee
Kia Sorento
