Ottawa, Ontario – The Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) has released an “election toolkit” that summarizes the positions of the various federal parties on topics such as road infrastructure, gas prices, and fuel-efficient vehicles. The parties’ views on the topics were obtained through a questionnaire sent to top party executives by CAA.

“We know that our 5.3 million members are concerned about these issues,” said Chris White, vice-president of public affairs for CAA. “As Canada’s largest member-based association, we feel we have a duty to foster this dialogue and to get the parties talking.”

The toolkit, party questionnaire, and full responses are available at CAA.
