Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario – The Automobile Journalists Association of Canada has begun its week-long testing to name the 2009 Canadian Car of the Year and Truck of the Year in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.
Automobile journalists from across Canada will test new vehicles back-to-back to determine winners in each category. Winners in each class will be announced on Friday; journalists will then drive and vote to determine the final winners, who will be announced at the Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto in February 2009.
Vehicles will be tested in 14 categories by segment and price; there will also be testing and voting for Best New Technology and Best New Green Technology.
