PS. It's painfully obvious that the scrap metal these trucks were carrying should've been sawed up prior to moving to make the task easier.

Do you realize that in about 30 (updated as requested) years, we'll have millions of old ladies running around with tattoos?

Another Jordan classic.  Boring and useless.  Typical lawyer jargon and talk - must remain patient, politically correct, and sit on the fence - let's never give a real opinion...Somebody replace this guy - then again at least he provides some comic relief on this site.  Thanks for espousing the virtue of patience - You're so zen for not letting people get to you even when they cut you off - maybe if you wouldn't be driving so slow and zen in the left lane, they wouldn't be doing so.

I saw the title and got all exited. Thought it was an article about Oldsmobile V-8s. Disappointed again. :(

Realistically

I do not own the roads and they are not mine to own and :censor: about however misused and abused. Public they are. So subjective lesser drivers and superior drivers are about me everyday. I am a dr. Jeckle and hyde driver myself with my 435 hp drag racing STI and 2012 dodge caravan turtle.

The fingernails on chalkboard feeling I get everytime I read one of these columns reminds me of an old joke about roadkill:

Quote
Do you know how to tell the difference between a dead skunk and a dead lawyer in the middle of the road?  There are skid marks in front of the skunk.

This begs the question.  Why do we read the column in the first place if we know it's likely to stink?   ::)

Reminds me of last year when Molson was moving their new vats to their brewery. I don't envy these truck drivers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R33Qz71n31Y

It is time to develop a REALLY BIG helicopter...or replace Molson with 100 or so proper breweries that make good artisanal beer in reasonably quantities.

Another one of these is the moving of complete Airbus 380 wings through tiny French villages on the way to Toulouse.

Speaking of which, I had their new Coors Light Iced T the other day. It tastes even less like beer than regular Coors Light. It doesn't actually seem to taste like anything. Yet that seems to be its appeal. After mowing the lawn or whatever on a warm day it actually is refreshing.

Ah, the eternal questions of mankind.  Why do people gamble knowing full well that the odds favour the house?  Why go home with that special someone you just met at the bar knowing the encounter has a high probability of venereal disease?  Why get married when the odds point to separation and financial disaster?  Why read Charness when he has inflicted upon us time and time again his pointless drivel and contrived anecdotes?

Because deep within man runs a belief that he can beat the odds: That just this one time the house will lose.  That you are the first one night stand for that bar attendant.  That your marriage will go on happily ever after.  That Charness will restore confidence in the legal profession and demonstrate he is capable of rational thought.

Why indeed.

My vote goes to the train wreck hypothesis, consistently validated by a long-standing string of puzzlingly popular reality shows.

Not sure if you're in Montreal or Toronto, in any case it sounds like you ran into a set either being transported for a build or being torn down. Several scifi features are being shot in both cities.

Shooting in Montreal right now:

Prepping:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1541155/

that's my best guess and if Toronto this just wrapped:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1663662/

and the remake of RoboCop is prepping now for an Aug. start date:

PS: article seems like it was written by my toddler son.
