Yes!  I love that place.

Though, I should have warned you that their sample tray is a LOT of beer.

Yup.  When the tray came out, I handed the MIL the keys to the Fozzie and drank away.

The poutine there was kinda great, too.  I find the cheese curds and the toppings to be top notch, but the fries in Quebec need more attention.  Far from BAD, but just not matching the awesomeness of the rest of the Pou.

Nice. I love that as you get to the end you're into the 9+% beer.

Definitely no driving if you've had the whole flight.

Ha, 9%?  The last one was a quad at 11%!

Works out to about 36oz, but the Quebecois don't know how to stop pouring once they get to 3oz per sample.

... Bless them.  Bless them so much!

Brewed a new beer that was jus released this week.  It's a Rum & Raisin Belgian Dubbel.  It was brewed with lots of Sultana raisins, El Dorado 12 Rum, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, and some local Vanilla Ice Cream.  It was a hoot to brew and it turned out pretty darn nice.   It clocks in at 7.3% ABV.

I must agree with my companions.  I just came home from the LCBO, bought a few different tall boys that I haven't had before.  Figured catch up on here a bit, and watch a movie, with some good beer.  Now a read this, and feel so pissed I can't come and visit you this summer!

We need a fundraiser going for bottling your brew!  I will go now, and drink my "ordinary" beer (at least it's craft beer).

Lcbo sells online now.   Can you be listed and ship out?

I forget this criteria, I am sure Canuck knows it better.  But his company doesn't produce enough I suspect for LCBO.

I'm honestly not sure what conditions need to be met to be listed with the LCBO.  My goal is to start bottling in a much larger brewery in the new year, so we'll see at that point.

Bottles or cans?  Personally, I m much prefer pint cans to  6-packs of bottles.

As for getting into the LCBO, from what I have read it's basically this:

There is an easy solution. Who has the biggest van on the forum from the GTA?

We can get Autos to do a review on the MB Metris, and we can head out to NB!

I'll be doing 500ml bottles, same style bottle as Bellwood's.  They'll be available in single format as I have no interest in selling in six packs, cases, etc.

That's a good format.

Speaking of Bellwoods, was pleasantly surprised to come back from vacation to find a couple different bottles in the fridge that our housesitter's boyfriend had left for me.

Nice!  Solstice and I visited their brewery when I was in town for Snowy, I was extremely impressed with their beers.
