Not specific to this topic but I wonder if we shouldn't have another forum for this kind of stuff. This is hardly a " news article" but rather an obvious PR release from Ford. Maybe we need an Autos.ca section entitled  "Self Serving PR Fluff Peices from Manufacturers That We Cut,Paste and Post"  ;D

That is this section.  I don't have time to rewrite any releases...ever.  I delete a full over-the-top hyperbole, but that is about it.

So I guess this is a bad news post? Sorry to hear that happened to a nice car like the Fiesta.

It was a tongue in cheek suggestion Mike. Mostly referring to the fact that having this section titled "news" is somewhat inaccurate to say the least. ;)  (My definintion of a "News article" would include something written by a journalist that at least attempts to give a fair and balanced report on a topic or issue.....becoming less common in this era of Fox News and CNN  ;D)

That's unfortunate about not re-writing the news.  According to our SEO guy that's BAD.  Jil re-wrote all of them, we should hire her back ;)

No need to rewrite anything...just change the title of the forum from "News" to "Manufacturer Press Releases"   ;)

I am very interested in the I L. ecoboost and seriously hope that there is a version with knobs. The same goes for any future vehicle purchase for me.

Hope Ford improved the MyFord Touch. Last I recall consumer groups did not receive good feedback regarding user experience with MyFord Touch. Seemed like a downfall for otherwise many a decent car from being rated higher.
