I doubt even millionaires have non-invested funds of 1M just hanging around in their bank accounts. If I had that kind money, I'm sure I would already have a sweet ride or two.

IIRC they used to give away assault rifles if you opened a savings acct with several '000 dollars and pistols for smaller sums. That was years ago tho'
