The SH-AWD 6MT is the winner, but rare, and unlike with most cars, the manual doesn't hammer resale, so you're going to pay if you find one. And these cars hold their value pretty well. No bargains to be had, but buying used is still a lot less than new, and given the build quality, I'd buy one in a second.
As noted, if you're serious, wait until the new one comes out, and these cars will drop a bit.
Toyota has a serious competitor in the IS350 and IS-F (prices on the F are now realistic) and they offered RWD and AWD models, but no manual at all. The Acura is one of the few manual non-German machines that are out there, but as I said, they're not common.
