Driving stuff that isn't available on the market yet...

This one has the 1.6L turbocharged engine with the 7-speed dual clutch gearbox. I really, really like the powertrain.

Any CDN specs yet? Powertrain options?  I thought it was supposed to be released at the NYC auto show, but don't remember seeing anything - maybe just missed it?

It was launched in New York. Powertrain options are a 2.0L I4 with a 6AT (FWD or AWD) or a 1.6L turbo I4 with a 7-speed dual clutch gearbox (AWD only).

Is this engine/trans in any other cars?

Well I am happy we get our Odyssey back from the body shop with a new rear bumper, and what part of the tailgate panel.  Looks so new, from behind.  They detailed on the inside! Hope it keeps clean for more than a week.  But I doubt it, have a dump run.  And lawns coming up soon... Glad I have it back, and the Caravan is gone.  Wife is sad, she likes all the bells and whistles of the Caravan.

I said would you rather have this 2015 Grand Caravan Crew (worth about $28k-$30k) with 20,000km, or a 2005 Honda Odyssey with 195,000km, that costed $6000, and a 2015 Mazda6 that costed around $24,000.  She was quiet after that....

LOL....the sicker on the S2000 indicates JAN 2015. I have been pulled over three times and I just say I need to put on 200k for the clean air test and they send me on my way  :P

??? The cops don't know that the "clean air test" just scans for codes?

I can't believe they pull you over to begin with.  I am often past the date, never been pulled over.  Probably because it's a flashy car, they want an up close inspection.

Finding out a new, great driving road!

NC Highway Patrol seemed on the light side this weekend given the nice weather. Glad I live somewhere I can  :drive2: and not be paranoid about unreasonable speed traps in the middle of nowhere.

Also did well in karting this weekend, in fact I think that's basically one of two places that I'm consistently happy regardless of how good/bad things go. My mind just gets so focused and I love it's a place where detail and precision make a difference !

Awesome! This weekend I got out to my first outdoor karting event of the year as well. The level of focus required is awesome; you need to be millimetre precise, but also manage the people around you driving a hair's width off your bumpers. There's quite simply no room in your mind for any outside thoughts, and that's really rewarding.

Got 90% sun shelter completed. Just need more hands to place 12Ft x 4 roof panel on.

Also managed to sell son's scooter and deliver using Uhaul motorcycle trailer. Local Uhaul ran out of M.trailer had to go to neighboring city. Price of rental is decent. New owner paid for rental but had no trailer hitch on vehicle so deal included delivery to Brampton, (city N.East) not bad could have been further.
