inconsistent, 5 to 8 or 10 - 15 secs to load a page. If it is the only thing you changed lately, may it deserves you look at it...

unfortunately there is nothing to look at it.  All traffic goes through a malware proxy firewall now.

Zero control over it, and no way to disable to test it as it requires DNS changes.

I've sent an e-mail to support hoping they can find something on our server instead.

Maybe the site is being attacked by Car & Driver or Motor Trend, they got fed up with the disparaging remarks we make about them?  :nono: :surrend: :bang:

No delay on tapatalk.   Seems like a routing issue.

Looks like it, have anything to do with a separate router for the firewall that's about to expire?

Ping test is now clear of any messed up routers. If as I suspect someone just rebooted the thing, having identified which one it was in the chain, then this thread will become active again at some point. If however someone threw it out and put in a replacement, the issue could be solved.

Is there still an intermittent problem with the site speed? Seems like it.

I have noticed this.  I thought it was my wife streaming on the main floor, and the kids streaming in the basement.  But other sites work fine.  So not me..
