E-highway for cars, is it possible?

I came across this infographic on electric vehicles today https://www.autoloansolutions.ca/electric-vehicles-are-the-future/. I read about e-highway on the graphic. When I checked on Google, I saw that Sweden has already adopted this.

Do you think something like that will be possible for cars?
