GQ published a ridiculous article about climbing that used women as accessories, and Outdoor Research redid the article in a "flip" and it's friggin' hilarious.

ok, to be devil's advocate, i don't see what's wrong with it.
GQ is primarily men's magazine. it featured men climbing sh1t. and it's got hot women around those climbers. and it's like 99% advertisement, more than anything.
how is this different from hotrod magazines, with ....cars and hot scantily clad women on the cover?
i think it's OR that's self serving by calling attention to something innocuous like the GQ article. i didn't really see any overtly sexists stuff in the linked article either.
rockclimbing is primarily guy sports, too. sure, there are women in it, but it's mostly guys.
does GQ have to have affirmative action just because there are more pepole of 1 demographic(young white guys) doing certain things(rock climbing), you MUST show people of other demographics even if they suck or there are way less number of them?.
