This is pretty funny, sound more like people bought the wrong car  :rofl2:

What Owners Dislike: Complaints of the BMW 1 Series are typically space-related, and revolve around limited trunk space, limited rear-seat space, and limited front-seat space for larger drivers. Some drivers wish for a more comfortable and less busy ride in models with the larger wheels.

^Maybe the cars suddenly shrink or the owners grow in size.

Haha yes. Translation - people wanted a stylish car with a BMW badge but couldn't afford a 3/5/6 series, so they bought this instead.

You can't just have your characters announce how they feel.
That makes me feel angry!

It isn't truth 1 is just two doors sedan. It exist in hatch version as well diesel powered. And the customer's base is quite wider overseas...

Read the comments about buying used BMW here:

Don't spend your whole budget on an OLD luxury car or you'll look even worse taking the bus while it is in the shop.

Here's a truth that should be (but obviously is not) obvious to everyone: If your happiness or the respect that you think that you enjoy depends on the kind of car that you drive, you will live and die in misery.

BMW DEFICIENT DYNAMICS -

One of only two manufacturers in the whole of Canada that does not participate in the lemon law protection/arbitration program (CAMVAP). If you order a vehicle and your delivery arrives "dead-on-arrival", guess what? That lemon is yours. You have no recourse. BMW will argue that the warranty is a "limited warranty". Their defect is your fault & they are not liable. You get subjected to browbeating, run-arounds & psychological humiliation.

They've changed the body styling too, but it is still the same over-priced pile of scrap metal ... with even more problems & flaky, rickety electronics + unreliable transmission unit(s).

Replace/fix battery = $450 + tax + Labor (same battery costs C$90 @ Canadian Tire).

Replace/fix a pair of shocks+struts = C$5K + Install+labor+tax

Replace/fix power trunk = C$1750 per motor x 3 + labor+tax. Not covered by warranty. There are three of these motors.

Replace/fix turbo unit = C$10k + install+labor+Tax (they keep the old parts & the core, coils etc).

Replace/fix transmission = C$10K + Install+labor+tax.

Transmission &/or turbo unit cannot be rebuilt; must be completely replaced & only exclusively by Bernie Madoff motorWorks because BMW does not make their diagnostics information or software available to others. They keep it to themselves.

Wow, and to think that a few years ago I ALMOST made the horrible decision to buy a used BMW instead of a used Corolla.  Thank GOD I smartened up and came to my senses !
