Ugh, that's ugly. Bad day for sure
You'll need to look at it and see where it's binding up, maybe get someone to swing the door while you study the area and look for where it's hitting. Then use a prybar or something to coax it into clearing....more ugly, but your door will open.
As far as the easiest repair, a used door realistically is the best option. Not sure where you are, but if GTA there are a couple good U-pull yards in the Hamilton area, and then Standard Auto in Scarboro(ish). I recommend a U-pull yard as then you can pull the door off the donor car yourself and learn all the issues, so when you do the swap on your own car you'll at least be more comfortable with the process. Definitely want to have a helper, and a lot of patience, but it's probably the only way without spending big $.
