People with the robo-grip handshake that squeeze your hand as hard as possible!  Wtf!   ::)

Or the opposite?  Shaking hands with someone who squeezes with the same authority as wet toilet paper.   :rofl2:

I try to confuse people, offer my left hand!

Solicitor at my door just now trying to sign me up for the crappy Hamilton Spectator newspaper.  For one thing, all the lights outside are off, it's dark outside.  I have the power to my door bell disconnected, there is electrical tape on it, so people get the idea it doesn't work.

So he knocks, and my dog comes charging down the stairs.  I open the door, he takes a few steps back, as he sees I am not a happy camper, and I am holding my dog back.  Had to tell him to stop coming by and stop calling.

I think the next time they call, I will waste their time, and get as far into the sale as possible without giving payment!

There should be a by-law about soliciting at dark.

Family, and family politics in general.

Relatives from Asia visiting my uncle's family 3h away. When asked if they wanted me to drop by for a weekend, the response was "nah you don't need to make that drive." That's an Asian euphemism for "we don't really want to see you."

I've never had nor cared for close family ties beyond parents. Independent living means not getting bogged down, so I shrug it off and move on.  :hello:

A little harsh for angry or upset...but:
1. People who drive close to the center line.  Can't see to pass unless you basically pull out to pass...move over you twit!
2. People with those shiny chrome mirrors on the back of the mudflaps.  Fack those are annoying...should be illegal.

That's funny because every bolt on a japanese car or motorcycle will be 10mm.

And it's always the one that goes missing.

No kidding!  I think I can take 90% of the Miata apart with just 10, 12, and 14mm sockets...

I had to remove the chrome strip from the liftgate of my Explorer (to touch up a rust spot), and there were 6 nuts to remove:  2 were 10mm, 4 were 11mm.  WHY?  WHY?  WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?????
My diesel car self-identifies as an electric vehicle.

Someone is using a high speed pencil grinder at work.  And it sounds EXACTLY like a dentist drill.

I hate the sound......

Tramlining.
???

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tramlining

Last night I was coming home from my sister's place in Carp and as I moved over to take the Bronson exit from the 417, I came across a patch where the road surface had been scraped away for anticipated fresh tarmac.  There were no warnng signs and it grabbed the car at 110km/h...

My disdain for driving continues. Had the dreaded "mid-afternoon drowsiness" en route home today from the next city. Struggled to stay awake with no rest areas to pull off.

Can we have autonomous vehicles yet?
