Awesome. Perhaps not quite as cool as the VW camper they did a few years ago but I'll definitely be buying this one as soon as it's available.

It's $119.99 CDN by the way.

It is almost impossible to buy just generic lego. I wish you could buy a grab bag with some windows, doors, wheels, flat bits, square bits, etc and then make whatever. It is pretty much all sets now. Even at the Lego store.

Well you can still do that. And the Lego I had 30 years ago had instructions too.

seriously? mine only had instructions such as "not for children under 3" and "do not ingest"...

i don't consider that much of an instruction... besides.. i found they tasted delicious.

Last time I was in a Lego store was in NYC, and you could buy any type of brick / part by the bucket. Bring the buck bucket of course.

 :rofl2:

My nieces and nephews are mad on Lego. The seven year old will lay out the instructions and build carefully according to plan, his older brother prefers to build quickly sort of right then demolish and go free form. It's interesting.

They like the Star Wars kits but she points out all our childhood Lego is in the bits and pieces bucket, still regularly used despite being nearly 50 years old.

All that made it out of our bright orange shag carpet, anyway.

Yeah they have the pick a brick but not wheels, windshield, doors, windows, etc. Of course as a city I built plenty of scratch built lego cars. My kids have some of my old Lego bits but the wheels are hard to find from loss over the years. Can't seem to buy them outside of sets.
