Thinking of buying a used luxury vehicle. Which make would you go for and why? Thanks!

And there you go changing the parameters already. Maybe you should list what you want in car and what your budget is before we have to ask a million questions.

4-door, less than $30k used, more sporty than luxury, good history of reliability, that's pretty much it.

Something like that Kia Railton bought for his daughter. The more powerful 2021 version should be close to within range price wise .

I wouldn't buy a used FGC and I LIKE German cars  and can live with the costs and reliabiliy.

Mercedes, BMW, or Audi

Neither of the three. Genesis G80 for luxury, G70 for sporty and Lexus GS for both + reliability. Genesis cars are also very reliable, in personal experience and consumer reports ratings as well.
