It's not mentioned in the article but this is actually a new model for Canada this year. Previously our "base" SL was the 550.

This is one of the three convertibles that I would ever own. It would have to have a rumbly V8, preferably of the AMG kind. What a gorgeous piece of kit :heart: :heart:

beautifully crafted tool is a quality item.   but also if it breaks on its second use, then it's also a POS.   like Schrodinger's cat.

Driving thrills makes my wallet lighter.. and therefore makes me faster because i'm shedding weight... :D

Quality might be perfectly aligned body panels, beautiful interior fit and finish using high end materials etc etc

Reliability is more about mechanical and electrical components with a low failure rate

Quality may be assessed based on comparative superiority.

You may have superior panel gaps and inferior reliability, inferior panel gaps and superior reliability, or a combination.

Superiority depends on how much weight you assign each variable.
