While that Hyundai "truck" is a cool concept......the production one will have to be more utilitarian so all the cool looking bits will have to come off.
Lighten up Francis.....

The two stories are related. What proportion of the 140,000 Canyon buyers would buy a Santa Cruz? Quite few I would say. Diesel option?!!! This promises to be everything the Ridgeline could have been. I see it as an SUV, with the emphasis on "U". It's also named correctly, not something like  VF35RTt60i.

Eliminate the Chicken Tax already and allow a slew of already tested big brand similar mid-sized pickups into the N.A. market.

Currently the C.Tax does not make these pickups viable for import.

I would expect a Hyundai pickup to be built in the U.S. anyways.

All I want is a Hilux, L200 or a Land Cruiser truck..... These would make a great commuter vehicle.

There is proven demand for these smaller trucks and I am surprised more manufacturers are not planning to introduce their smaller trucks into the US/Canada markets.  I would love to see a Ford Ranger here again.
